January 10th 2012 Pictures - I have to keep remembering that this is a model, and a lot of the common structures on big boats are just not required. Some beams have been drilled with holes for lightness, in case they need to be left in place. The foredeck will be made of sandwiched 3mm hi density foam. One side was laid up today. The inwales are about 2mm below the tops of the sides to provide a secure landing for the foam decks
